Strategy
Ruby, Daring Tracker is a {R}{G} two-drop with haste who turns any beefy ally into extra reach: whenever she attacks while you control a creature with power 4 or greater she swings as a 4/4 (+2/+2), and she taps for either color so she’s fixing-on-a-stick the turn she lands. The refined build leans hard into the owned EARTHBEND ramp package the previous list undervalued. Badgermole Cub is a 2-mana engine (earthbend 1 now, plus an extra {G} every time you tap a creature for mana) that, alongside Llanowar Elves and Druid of the Cowl, powers out the midrange top end a turn early. Badgermole, Earth Kingdom General, The Boulder, and Toph, the Blind Bandit keep earthbending lands into evasive +1/+1-counter bodies that double as ramp AND attackers — every counter-laden land is a ‘power 4+’ enabler for Ruby and a trample threat via Badgermole. The Earth King drops a 4/4 Bear and fetches a fistful of basics whenever your big creatures swing, snowballing the board. Mossborn Hydra, Ashroot Animist (hands out trample + a big pump on attack), Earthshaker Dreadmaw, Rampaging Baloths (landfall 4/4s), and the Quilled Greatwurm finisher carry the late game. A dense, efficient burn suite (Burst Lightning, Shock, Torch the Tower, Lightning Strike, Abrade, Scorching Dragonfire, Fiery Annihilation, Feed the Flames) doubles as removal and reach to the face, while Earth Rumble is removal that also ramps. Tannuk hands the team haste and gives red creatures warp, Dragon Fodder + Howlsquad Heavy go wide, and Slagstorm is the reset against mirror aggro.
Upgrade path
Commander is Ruby, Daring Tracker ({R}{G}, owned x2) — her color identity is genuinely R AND G, so all 59 cards are in-identity. Kept Ruby over Bumi, Unleashed (RG mythic) because a 2-mana haste commander with built-in fixing is the better aggro general and is owned x2. Refit focus: surfaced the owned EARTHBEND ramp the truncated-text build had buried — added Badgermole Cub (mythic, OWNED x3), Badgermole, Earth Kingdom General, The Boulder, Toph the Blind Bandit, plus Llanowar Elves / Druid of the Cowl as true 1-mana ramp. The Earth King (rare, OWNED x4) is the standout pickup: a 4/4 token maker that mass-ramps off your power-4 attackers. Rare/mythic nonland spells in the deck (Mossborn Hydra, Screaming Nemesis, Howlsquad Heavy, Ashroot Animist, Rampaging Baloths, Quilled Greatwurm, The Earth King, Badgermole Cub, Slagstorm, Tannuk) are ALL OWNED — zero rare/mythic spells crafted. The only unowned card remains the single approved Stomping Ground shock (1 copy). Cut from prior build: Clockwork Percussionist, Brazen Collector, Primordial Pachyderm, Quaketusk Boar, Eager Trufflesnout, Flamekin Gildweaver, Mutant Town Musicians, Boar-q-pine, Goblin Surprise (low-impact filler). Fixing is still the weak point — Stomping Ground is the only untapped true RG dual owned; upgrade path: Cragcrown Pathway / Karplusan Forest / Copperline Gorge to cut the remaining taplands.
