Proactive Simic tempo-value beatdown: a low, tapering curve (MV 1:10 / 2:12 / 3:7 / 4:4 / 5:2, avgMV 2.31) of evasive threats that draw on connect (Shoreline Looter, Mondo Gecko, Kaito, Enduring Curiosity, Sphinx, Overlord, Teo, Kellan) backed by ~12 mostly-instant flexible answers that pair with a hold-up/prowess plan (Spell Pierce, An Offer, Essence Scatter, Quandrix Charm, Tishana’s Tidebinder, Into the Flood Maw, Pawpatch Formation) and a deep selection/tutor suite for Bo1 singleton consistency (Opt, Chart a Course, Stock Up, Kiora dig, Garruk’s Uprising trample-draw). Wincon is resilient — card-advantage-on-connect rebuilds through a wipe. Oko serves as a value/protection engine (evasion-push, graveyard fuel for threshold + Sphinx flashback, Elk tokens, closing emblem), not as interaction.
