Strategy

Mono-White go-wide aggro built around the #1 Standard Brawl commander (~25-28% of the meta). NOTE: Elspeth, Storm Slayer’s color identity is mono-WHITE ({3}{W}{W}), so despite the ‘Boros’ brief this is necessarily a single-color deck - RW is illegal under her. Her static doubles every token you create (a built-in Anointed Procession), her +1 makes a Soldier (doubled to two), her 0 is a flying anthem (+1/+1 + evasion to the whole board), and her -3 kills anything MV3+. Game plan: flood the board turns 1-4 with cheap creatures and token-makers, deploy a doubler (Elspeth or Exalted Sunborn) so every Kyoshi Warriors / Release the Dogs / Mighty Mutanimals / Hop to It prints double, then overrun with anthems (Suki, Gallant Fowlknight, Dauntless Veteran, Choco/Mog) and finish through the air with Elspeth’s 0 or the Angel top-end. Tight white removal suite (Swords-effects, Banishing Light, Stasis Snare, Sheltered by Ghosts) keeps the curve clear.

Upgrade path

MYTHIC CRAFTS: Elspeth, Storm Slayer x1 (commander, mandatory) = 1 new mythic wildcard. Running mythic-craft count for THIS deck: 1. Every other mythic is OWNED (own>=1, free, zero wildcards): Exalted Sunborn (own1), Delney, Streetwise Lookout (own1), Lyra Dawnbringer (own1). ZERO new rare crafts of any kind - all rares are owned: Skyknight Squire (own1), Spellbook Vendor (own4), Suki Courageous Rescuer (own2), Regal Caracal (own1), Abandoned Air Temple (own2), Capital City rare? (uncommon, own3), Starting Town (own4), plus owned uncommon/common utility lands. LANDS: owned nonbasics (Command Tower own4, Rumble Arena own4, Abandoned Air Temple own2, Capital City own3, Secluded Courtyard own2, Starting Town own4, Adventurer’s Inn own1, Evolving Wilds own7) + Plains basics only; no new rare-land crafts. FUTURE UPGRADES once Mik has more rare wildcards: craft a white fixing/utility rare land tier and consider mythic Ocelot Pride (a second cat/token doubler that also pumps the team) as the next mythic spend to raise the ceiling further. Mechanics note: Dragonback Lancer’s mobilize tokens and Choco/Mog’s anthem both scale hard once a token doubler is online.
