Strategy
Tannuk hands every artifact and red creature warp {2}{R} plus haste, so you flicker-deploy threats cheaply now and recast them from exile later for a second enters trigger. The budget core leans on a stack of cheap enters-damage payoffs (Impact Tremors, Reckless Fireweaver, Molten Gatekeeper, Weftstalker Ardent, Witty Roastmaster, Raphael, Shocking Sharpshooter) so each warp and recast pings for reach, backed by one-shot ETB bodies (Viashino Pyromancer, Storm Caller, Blisterstick Shaman, Twinshot Sniper, Fear of Burning Alive) that double as removal you can re-buy. Cheap rocks and Treasure fund the extra warp mana while token makers (Dragon Fodder, Gleeful Demolition, Krenko) and haste anthems (Ogre Battledriver, Goblin Chieftain) turn a wide board into damage. A deep all-owned burn suite plus Slagstorm and Blasphemous Act keeps the board clear so your haste’d warpers connect, and Shivan Dragon, Iron Man, and Rekindling Phoenix close from the top end.
Upgrade path
This is the PLAYABLE-NOW build: zero rare/mythic crafts because the commander Tannuk, Steadfast Second is already owned, and every nonland here is owned or a cheap common/uncommon craft.
