Strategy
Deploy a dense, cheap board of outlaws (Pirates, Rogues, Assassins, Mercenaries, Warlocks) so Laughing Jasper Flint exiles a fat stack off an opponent’s library each upkeep and lets you cast it with any color. Vaan, Street Thief turns unblocked Scouts/Pirates/Rogues into outright theft, and owned crime/attack payoffs like Postmortem Professor, Reno and Rude, and Black Cat, Cunning Thief pile on extra stolen cards. Treasure from Plundering Pirate, Treasure Dredger, Captain Lannery Storm, Deadly Dispute, and Big Score fixes the off-color mana you need to actually cast what you steal. A deep, all-affordable Rakdos removal suite clears blockers while Vengeful Bloodwitch, Zulaport Cutthroat, Sanguine Syphoner, and Valley Rotcaller drain the table. Sheoldred, the Apocalypse and owned Vein Ripper anchor the top end until the aggro finishes.
Upgrade path
This is the playable-now budget build: every card is owned or a common/uncommon craft, with exactly two rare/mythic wildcards spent — the commander Laughing Jasper Flint and Sheoldred, the Apocalypse. Unaffordable theft payoffs and bombs from the ideal (Robber of the Rich, Xorn, Professional Face-Breaker, Fire Lord Ozai, Gonti, Rakdos the Muscle, Goldspan Dragon, Terror of the Peaks, Port Razer, Tinybones, Kari Zev, etc.) were swapped for owned in-role outlaws, drain, and treasure makers. Upgrade path toward the full engine (data/decks_json/brawl-outlaws.json): craft Xorn + Professional Face-Breaker for the treasure/theft linchpin, then Robber of the Rich, Rakdos the Muscle, Fire Lord Ozai, and a top-end mythic (Goldspan Dragon / Terror of the Peaks) as wildcards allow.
